You can create as many chatbots as needed, but the number of active ones depends on your pricing plan.

What happens when I exceed my chats package?
After you exceed your chats package, you'll be charged $0.05 per additional chat. We don't count empty chats or chats your chatbot hasn't responded to.
What payment forms do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What happens after my trial ends?
You lose access to your ChatBot dashboard. However, your data and setup remain intact and safe. To log in to ChatBot again, you must provide your credit card details.
Can I respond to chats that my chatbot handles?
Yes. ChatBot can transfer a chat to a human agent in LiveChat or create a ticket in HelpDesk.
Where do you store data?
ChatBot stores its customers' information in a data center located near Dublin (Ireland).
