What does it mean I can control my AI chatbot?

While most available AI models generate uncontrolled outputs, the ChatBot tool lets you create a self-learning AI model that’s fed with your business data, not random information from external sources. Thanks to that, you’re assured that customers always get relevant and reviewed information, and your chatbot communication is free of hallucinations.

When do the beta tests of ChatBot 2.0 start?

The beta version of ChatBot 2.0 will be available to the first testers in June 2023. Priority testing will be given to users who sign up for our waitlist.

What languages does ChatBot 2.0 support?

The current version of the ChatBot app lets you create rule-based chatbots in any language. However, the AI chatbot generator and predefined Skills will be supported in English only in the beta version.

Can I update my AI bot once it’s generated?

Yes, once generated, you can edit your bot’s content, train it with relevant Skills, and add additional information. Thanks to that, you can tailor your online communication to provide a consistent user experience that supports achieving your business goals across multiple channels.

How much does ChatBot cost?

Can I test ChatBot for free now?

Yes, you can test the ChatBot platform during a free 14-day trial.

Can I start using ChatBot and then switch to ChatBot 2.0?
