Provide your customers with answers to common questions about your products and services using the FAQ action.

The FAQ module allows you to create a list of up to 100 questions and add answers to them within a single block. As a result, your Story is shorter, and you can manage it with ease.

By creating an FAQ chatbot, you can improve your support efficiency and allow your customers to get responses immediately instead of scrolling through huge lists of frequently asked questions. Spend less time responding to repeated messages so you can focus on more complex issues.

How to use the FAQ actionLink icon

  1. Open the ChatBot Story you want to use to answer common user questions.

  2. Select a FAQ block from the menu.

  1. Go to the FAQ block.

  2. Click Add question.

  1. Fill in your User input - here, you can add your Keywords and User says phrases. Find more information about configuring the User input and the difference between the two matching systems.

  1. Click Bot response, select a type and create the response to the question. You can choose from a variety of different Bot response options.

  1. Click Save and close the window. 

  2. Go back to the block to add more questions or a new group of questions.
