The new training tool brings daily improvement to your chatbot.

Planning a chatbot can sometimes look like fortunetelling. You try to predict what is your client going to say before the launch of the bot. Later, you send the chatbot round to your friends, colleagues, and family to test it out. Finally, you have some chats in the archives to analyze and complete the user says fields with more cases. We’ve thought of this problem and decided that learning day by day from the real-life cases is the most valuable data to feed your chatbot with. On your dashboard, you can find a new section called training that will assist in daily improvements of your chatbot.

Now you can find all unmatched phrases in one place and add them directly to the right interactions. Furthermore, you can ignore queries or delete them entirely. Review the real queries from your clients without wasting your time on wizardry.

How does it work

Go to the new training section and decide story and time period you want to review. Here you can also see the total number of unmatched phrases and search directly for a query.

Unmatched queries are all the messages from your users that the bot couldn’t match with any user says and replied with the fallback interaction.

At the end of your reviews check out your bot using the built-in chat. All the newly added phrases should now be recognized! How simple is that!
