The Flow feature makes it easy to visually organize even the most complex chatbot scenario. It lets you develop multiple paths inside your story and represent them on the main tree as individual blocks. This way, you can create complex, yet compact, stories and easily locate particular paths on the main conversation tree. Flows are often called “stories inside stories.”
Flow functions as any other block available in the blocks menu. You can easily drag it from the menu and drop it in the proper place on your conversation tree.
So, let’s say you want to build up a complex scenario that includes sales, support, and product flows. Instead of creating all of these branches on the main tree, you can just add the Flow blocks to it and name them accordingly. To display the inside of the Support Flow block, just click on it.
Here, you can see the inside of the Support Flow. The Flow block shows where you can start developing the support path.
When your support path is ready, you can test it without needing to test the whole scenario.
To test your Support Flow, click the right mouse button on the Flow block, and choose Start testing from here.
When your Support Flow is ready, you can go back to the main menu by clicking Home.
