Manage the information gathered in ChatBot. 

While chatting with users, your chatbot can gather a lot of customer data. Depending on your business needs, you can either save every chat and the information it contains or delete the collected data automatically after a certain period.

Only Business and Enterprise customers can remove data gathered in ChatBot automatically. If you’re subscribed to a different pricing plan, you can remove your data manually.

How to delete data from ChatBot Link icon

All customer information collected by ChatBot is saved in the Archives and the Users section by default. However, you can set the automatic deletion of the gathered information if needed. 

  1. Go to your ChatBot Settings.

  2. Go to Data Managementchatbot data management section

  3. Turn on the automatic ChatBot data deletion and set the period after which the data should be removed from the Archives and Users sections. data deletion option

  4. Once you finish, click Savechatbot data management section
