Delay allows you to control how fast your chatbot should reply to a user’s query.
The delay is displayed as a progress bar above the bot responses and it controls the time interval between bot responses. By default, the delay is set to 2 seconds, however, it can be easily increased to 10 seconds or decreased to 0.1 seconds, depending on your needs.
By delaying your chatbot responses, you give your users more time to read them, especially when your chatbot sends multiple messages one by one. What’s more, while the bot is delaying its reply, the user can see the typing indicator which informs them that more messages are coming.
