The A/B Test action lets you test up to 5 different flows simultaneously.
You can mix and match different types of copy, images, bot responses, and messages to determine which performs best.
How to use A/B Test

Drag and drop the action from the Actions panel.

Click the block. Set what percentage of users should be directed into a certain flow.
The distribution you set inside the A/B Test action is not calculated for all chats your bot can take monthly, depending on your plan. The distribution applies to a single conversation - so, in the provided example, there is a 42% chance this chat will go to the A variant and a 52% chance this chat will go to variant B.
