Creating a good story it’s a big challenge. You want to be sure that your clients get the right answers and don’t waste their time by entering dead end branches or getting wrong answers. That could be very frustrating. That’s why before you start creating your bot, you should create a conversation map.

The chat goes very well, your client has almost bought your product, and then BAM! The bot stops replying. Remember to carefully close each branch of the story so the client know that it has been finalized.

Nobody likes to answer the same question over and over again. Referring to another point in the conversation or using the same interactions are very good shortcuts. Always double check if they don’t lead to repetition.

Test before you publishLink icon

With built-in chat you can try your bot in many possible ways. We know that your customers are’t always predictable but save their time by checking if all the scenarios go smooth.

Check ArchivesLink icon

In Archives you can find all the history of your chats. Checking them can help you to spot problems with your story. You can edit your story any time.
